Selection Procedure

We conduct practical or oral interviews with candidates to know their background, skill, competence and verify their previous experience, certificates and testimonials. Complete medical examinations which include psychological tests are done at panel approved medical centres. Candidates are sent to government approved technical centres for skill evaluation.

After in - depth Interviews, qualitative reports and background checks candidates are short listed and forwarded to the clients for their selection. If the client wishes to conduct the final interviews, all arrangements will be made by us. If not, then we will undertake the responsibility to conduct the final interviews on the request and the behalf of Client.

In cases where media coverage is essential, we carefully draft the Advertisement and publish it in the most effective media both printing & electronic. Medical examination, Government formalities i.e. Immigration Clearance/Visa Endorsement, Airline Reservation, Arrival Information, on approval and behalf of Client we will provide uniform.

Candidates are given brief orientation on local customs, culture and traditions of the country of employment and guidelines on the rules and regulations are delivered and discussed.
